You’ve been holding so much for so long: the responsibilities, the expectations, the roles you move between each day. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with your joy and aliveness.
Joy of Life is an invitation to return to yourself. Over three nourishing days, you slow down, listen deeply to what life is asking of you, and explore what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to choose love, presence, and play.
Co-led by spiritual wellness practitioner Liana Naima and life coach Shirin Eskandani, this restorative retreat weaves together guided journaling, breathwork and energy healing, sound meditation, mindful nature walks, and group conversations to help you:
- Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and inner knowing
- Explore the beliefs and patterns that cause unnecessary suffering
- Express your voice and values with authenticity and ease
- Cultivate practices for greater self-trust and inner peace
You don’t need to become someone new. This weekend is an opportunity to remember what is already within you: your capacity for joy, connection, expression, and wonder.
Come as you are, and leave with practices to return to, a deeper connection to yourself, and a renewed sense of what it means to feel fully alive.
