The core of our desire to heal, grow, and self-actualize is our yearning to find our essence, or true self. The Enneagram can be our map on the journey from a singular, fixated personality to psychological wholeness and liberation. The Enneagram describes nine distinct personality types, each one based in an aspect of our essential nature. Because each type represents only one aspect of our essence, it blocks us from having a whole experience of awakened consciousness and the divine, which leads to distortions that adversely affect our psychological development, life choices, spiritual practices, and choice of spiritual paths. This is why, even when we have real moments of awakening, we are rarely able to integrate them into our life. In this workshop, we experience how the nine personality pathways can be a tool for dissolving the blocks to our full awakening and integration. Through instruction, self-inquiry, meditation, breathwork, movement, chanting, shadow work, and deepening the ability to maintain presence, we cultivate lasting transformation.
