The Art of Leadership engages our minds and hearts in an intensive process of self-discovery as we learn to empower and engage others in effective action. It is designed for leaders committed to making a difference in their businesses and communities, particularly in education, politics, health care, and social change. To achieve integration of profound inner transformation with immediate application to our everyday work priorities, Harvard-trained leadership coach and organizational consultant Robert Gass leads us through practical training in the three domains of leadership: - Personal: Vision, personal power, managing our state of being, and personal ecology
- Partnership: Expanding our ability to better collaborate through authenticity, deep listening, compassion, skillful communication, and feedback
- Organizational: Improving our capacity to create results through inquiry, planning, and teamwork
We also receive an extensive manual of materials and tools to support our ongoing work as leaders, and we participate in an extensive online 360-degree leadership assessment. This workshop is an expanded version of the well-known Art of Leadership workshop created by Robert Gass for the Rockwood Leadership Program. This workshop begins Sunday at 8:00 p.m. $85 materials fee; include when you register. The cancellation fee for this workshop is $135.
