Purification & The Yoga of Life

Times of purification can initiate profound changes in body, mind, and spirit. During this week of detoxification, we witness changes in our essential radiance and well-being as toxins and defeating habits dissolve from our systems.

Throughout the cleanse, led by nutritionist Alison Shore Gaines and Ayurvedic consultant Chaya~Sharon Heller, we immerse ourself in the nurturing and deeply transforming aspects of yoga, learning spiritual codes of conduct, postures for cleansing and revitalizing, and empowering lifestyle practices.
This user-friendly approach to detoxification includes delicious fresh juices (90-100 percent organic), whole grains, and savory broths; guidance in all aspects of the cleansing process; walking, guided imagery, and breath-work; education in Ayurvedic lifestyle and body-types; nutrition information; and a plan for integrating these techniques into our busy lives.

Workshop begins Sunday at 8:00 p.m. Completed questionnaire and release form required.
