The feminine is emerging—tangibly, powerfully, and urgently. As we, both women and men, ride this current, we are awakening to the possibility of being ourselves in a whole, new, balanced way. We know in our bones and feel in our hearts that the present world turmoil signals the ending of the old order, and the beginning of a new feminine/masculine balance.

The key challenge at this time of transformation is to nurture this balance, within ourself and in the world around us. In this workshop, international peacemaker Susan Collin Marks helps us seek this balance and shows us how to reclaim our authentic feminine power by:
  • Identifying for ourself what we mean by “the feminine” and learning to trust those instincts
  • Learning to say “no” despite a lifetime of saying “yes” (often at great cost)
  • Expressing our emotions and needs clearly and authentically, at home and at work
  • Speaking and acting our truth, and risking not being liked
  • Bringing courage and compassion to healing the masculine/feminine split in ourselves, our families, and the world
Men are welcome to attend.

Susan Collin Marks is an internationally renowned peacemaker with 20 years of hands-on experience. Author of Watching the Wind: Conflict Resolution During South Africa’s Transition to Democracy, she is also senior vice president of Search for Common Ground. www.sfcg.org
