Join New York City's OM yoga center director, Cyndi Lee, for mindful flow yoga classes that help cultivate both the strength and purity of a yoga body and the clarity and awareness of a Buddha mind. We take mindfulness meditation right onto the mat in dynamic classes that offer creative sequencing, clear instruction, and plenty of personal attention and hands-on adjustments, allowing our practice to truly become a vibrant, grounded gateway to a more awakened life. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Bring your own yoga mat.

David Nichtern
Gateway to Shambhala
Shambhala is a mythical Asian kingdom that represents the pinnacle of enlightened human society. Guided by David Nichtern, senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage, we explore a series of teachings designed to develop a good human society and bring out the best in us as individuals. Brought to the West by Tibetan Buddhist meditation master Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, these teachings include an introduction to meditation and are appropriate for beginner and advanced practitioners alike.
