Cell-level healing helps us tap into our own innate powers of transformation and regeneration to attain new levels of spiritual and bodily health.
Joyce Hawkes, a renowned biophysicist and pioneer in this emerging field, explores with us the science and experience of healing at the cellular level. Together we recognize and remove blockages to prepare for cell-level healing; learn the location and language of different cellular groups, such as neurons, muscles, intestinal cells, and liver cells; and discover how to repair damage caused by toxins or viruses. We also learn how to support cell health by interacting with common cellular functions.
Hawkes shares stories, lessons, and photographs from her visits to indigenous healers in the Philippines, India, and Bali. She uses images from electron microscopes to illustrate how cells work, grow, and thrive, and how the mind-body connection can be strengthened to promote cell repair and healing for optimal health. Through hands-on practice, lecture, and interactive meditation, we bring home new skills and practical applications of cell-level healing for ourself and others.
Upon completion participants will be able to:
- Relate the connection between perceived emotional and physical blockages and overall health
- Interpret the effects of blockages on the body at the cellular level
- Compare healthy and sick cell structures as seen on electron micrographs
- Describe differences between health and illness at the cellular level
- Locate the four main structural components of cells and describe their relationship to the function of cells and their role in disease
- Describe the relationship of states of stress and states of well-being to brain function as seen in EEG data
- Practice focused mind techniques for achieving well-being
- Demonstrate the efficacy of cell-level healing as they apply principles and practices with a partner during hands-on training
- Design their own daily cell-level healing practice with at least three components extrapolated from information about the biology of cells
