Yoga is a powerful, transformative influence in the lives of countless modern women, yet there are still few voices speaking for women in the national yoga community.
Whether you are new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner, you are invited to join this unique retreat for women led by some of the foremost women practitioners in the nation today.
It is a time for us to come together, to engage in intensive yoga practice, to nurture and inspire ourselves, and to explore our power to heal ourselves, each other, and the world.
Drawn from a variety of styles, our practice explores many themes, including women's health, empowerment, motherhood, ahimsa (nonviolence), veganism, social action, and the power of yoga to support women's community.
This retreat, for any woman at any level of yoga experience, is a time to deeply care for and nurture ourselves as women-physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally-and to begin to further develop a yoga practice we can take home with us.
