All you have to do is listen,” says Rachel Fleischman. “Even if you have never danced a step, you can awaken your inner dancer and experience the pleasure, power, and passion of your body.” Guided by Fleischman, a Body-Centered Expressive Arts therapist, we move to the rhythms of music from all over the world to release stress and begin to connect motion with emotion. As we continue our journey deeper into the body through a fun and playful mix of improvised movement, vocalization, guided imagery, art making, journaling, play, and body-centered expressive therapy, we learn to: - Cultivate self-acceptance and appreciation
