Are You Spent?

End Exhaustion and Feel Great Again

This workshop has been cancelled.

Fatigue, unexplained back and joint pain, distractibility, irritability, insomnia, and digestive problems leave many of us feeling “spent,” yet doctors are unable to diagnose the cause of this new epidemic.

According to Frank Lipman—one of the first doctors to effectively connect the dots between this constellation of symptoms—we arrive at this state of mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion because our modern lifestyle has removed us from nature’s rhythms and cycles.

In this weekend workshop, he joins with pain-relief expert Kristi Anderson to offer us his solution, one that has helped thousands of people—including celebrities like Kyra Sedgwick, David Letterman, and Donna Karan—recover their energy and zest for life.

To get back in sync with our body rhythms and renew our source of energy, we learn how to:

  • Identify factors that lead to energy depletion, including stress, light deprivation, and a diet high in processed foods
  • Practice cutting-edge Spent exercises and stretches to dissolve tension, relax the mind, and nourish the body
  • Incorporate a nutrition plan with tasty recipes into our busy lives
  • Create our own personal “daily beat,” a series of easy-to-follow steps to repair our stressed system
