Spring is the perfect time to revitalize and develop a health and fitness routine that is clear and practical, yet fun and motivating.
Holistic health experts Steven Weiss and Janet Schroeder give us the personal attention we need to establish a foundation in strength training, flexibility, and cardio health while also gaining essential information on cutting-edge nutrition and weight management issues. Meditation and yoga are presented as vital tools in a balanced approach to lifetime vitality.
Basic but comprehensive fitness testing objectively assesses our strengths and weaknesses and indicates where we need to focus our efforts to create a balanced and effective personal fitness routine. Emphasis is on avoiding injury and using proper body mechanics, while bringing mindfulness to each element of fitness.
This workshop is appropriate for people of all age groups and fitness levels.
