Undoing the Ego

An Experiential Journey

Registration for this workshop has ended. Go to the Search Workshops page to look for upcoming workshops.

According to Nouk Sanchez and Tomas Vieira, there is one cause of suffering: the ego. With a mantra of "seek and do not find," the ego is our unconscious saboteur and we can never consistently experience what we really want until it is revealed and released.

Based on their best-selling book, Take Me to Truth: Undoing the Ego, and inspired by the principles of A Course in Miracles, Sanchez and Vieira reveal their six stages of undoing the ego and developing trust that allow for full spiritual awakening.

Through lecture, journaling, experiential exercises, and discussion, we learn to recognize the extent of the ego's role in our conscious and unconscious mind, and ways to initiate our release from this our only barrier to consistent peace, love, and happiness. We discover how our mind's projections have created our reality and how "quantum forgiveness" can immediately restore us to peace.

This workshop is suitable for professionals and laypeople alike.

Recommended reading: Sanchez and Vieira, Take Me to Truth; Foundation for Inner Peace, A Course In Miracles; Gary Renard, The Disappearance of the Universe and Your Immortal Reality; and any of Ken Wapnick's work.

Australians Nouk Sanchez and Tomas Vieira each experienced spiritual journeys that led to the almost total deconstruction of their lives and belief systems before they emerged from the process. After noticing the parallels on their paths to awakening, they coauthored Take Me to Truth.
