Everyday Dharma

Learning to meditate and seeking enlightenment can seem intimidating and elusive to beginning and experienced students alike. While tending to our job, home, and family, it can seem impossible to develop a deep and transformative spiritual practice.

Yet, a host of teachings drawn from Tibetan Buddhism suggest that enacting authentic spiritual practice is not as complex as we think. Living a spiritual life is not about grasping after a future goal; it is about embracing the path we are on as a goal in itself.

Guided by Lama Willa Miller, an authorized Tibetan lama, we learn approachable and user-friendly meditative and spiritual practices from the Tibetan tradition in a fun, accessible, and supportive format. We create a foundation for future practice and exploration as we learn to find wakefulness in every moment of every day, through subtle and significant choices and practices that emphasize that we are capable of bringing the qualities of a Buddha to life, by integrating wisdom, compassion, enthusiasm, and joy into our daily thoughts, speech, and actions.
