This is a safely structured, supportive, and transformative intensive for people wishing to access feelings, work through blocked emotions, disentangle from the past, heal trauma, reconnect with core truths, and live more fully from the heart.
Working in various-sized groups, we draw on a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches (gestalt, bioenergetics, focusing, psychodrama, and regression) coupled with witnessing, meditations, and celebrations derived from diverse spiritual traditions. Dance, movement, song, and music play major roles in creating a uniquely effective healing experience. Mental health professionals learn techniques to use with their clients as well.
These teachers will also be leading an Opening the Heart professional training, August 3-8.
