Whole Foods Cooking for the Family

Registration for this workshop has ended. Go to the Search Workshops page to look for upcoming workshops.

Providing healthy and tasty meals for yourself and your family, while staying within a budget, can be challenging.

This week, naturopathic doctor Tom Francescott and executive chef and general manager of Omega FoodWorks, Robert Turner, teach you the skills you need to make delicious meals without breaking the bank. Francescott reviews the basic principles of nutrition and how they relate to your family’s health, and Turner teaches you how to translate these ideas into food for your table.

Through discussion and tasting, you learn basic culinary techniques, nutrition, meal planning, and whole foods cooking for you and your family.

Home cooks at any level of experience are welcome.
