Traditionally, seekers in India studied Ayurveda, the oldest holistic health-care system in the world, before taking up the practice of yoga in order to make the mind and body fit. During this weekend, we study the principles of Ayurveda to better understand our unique health profiles and practice a dynamic form of yoga to bring ourselves to a tranquil state of equilibrium. Linda Lalita Winnick’s teachings of yoga and Ayurveda have led to breakthroughs for beginning and advanced yoga practitioners alike. - Practice breath exercises, meditation, mantras, chanting, and creative posture sequences, with attention to detail for proper alignment, to heal and create a stable body
