The Continuum Technique

Moving Medicine

Registration for this workshop has ended. Go to the Search Workshops page to look for upcoming workshops.

Continuum is a revolutionary approach to a quantum re-mapping of the human body developed by Emilie Conrad. During this exhilarating workshop, we become adventurers in the unmapped territories of our body and pioneers of new ways of moving, knowing, and engaging in the glorious mystery of existence.

Together, we expand the scope of our sensory experience, leading us to access alternative streams of life. We enter the domain of cells, mitochondria, and other organisms micro-moving beneath the surface of our conventional world. We experience our tissue structure becoming multidimensional as streams of nourishment are readily absorbed. The experience is as if we are bathing in the elixir of life itself.

No longer bound in limited time and space, we move freely within the universe of our organism. We come to experience our movements as fractals of universal motifs orchestrating themselves within our versatile tissue. We learn to move with profound restorative energies to enrich our consciousness and nourish our soul. At week’s end, we are able to describe our body as a continuum of creative possibilities, freely expressing the dexterity of an encompassing life.

Emilie Conrad is founder of Continuum and author of Life on Land. Her work is incorporated by an international audience of professionals from fields such as Rolfing, craniosacral therapy, physical therapy, and psychoneuroimmunology. continuummovement.com
