Immerse yourself in the yogic lifestyle at Omega Yoga Teen Camp, where you learn to balance your body, thoughts, and emotions through meditation, mindfulness, kirtan (chanting), and, of course, lots of yoga! Each day, talented and passionate certified yoga teachers lead you in different styles of yoga, including Iyengar Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga®, Anusara Yoga, Acro Yoga®, restorative yoga, and partner yoga. There is also time to relax, swim, dance, and learn Thai massage.

Osi Mizrahi, a certified Anusara Yoga teacher and Shambhala meditation guide, has been teaching yoga since 2001. Osi offers retreats, workshops, and classes at Yoga Without Walls in Chappaqua, New York.

Karen Kathleen Schneider has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years. She trained at the Piedmont Yoga Studio in Berkeley, California with Rodney Yee, and has been teaching yoga since 2002 at Omega Teen Camp, where she emphasizes the creative element of yoga.

Annabelle Berrios has trained at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat in Paradise Island, Bahamas, as well as the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City, where she learned Structural Yoga Therapy from the founder of the practice, Mukunda Stiles. A graduate of Boston College Law School, she has taught classes at the New York Supreme Court to remind lawyers how to breathe. This is her second year teaching yoga at Omega Teen Camp, where she inspires campers to connect to their inner teacher.

Jennifer Cormier's yoga teaching draws from the Sivananda, Integral, and Anusara yoga traditions, as well as mindfulness meditation. Her nurturing and humorous classes incorporate dance, song, and improvisation, with a core honoring of the Earth and various spiritual traditions. For the past four summers, she has taught yoga, Thai massage, and dance at Omega Teen Camp and looks forward to taking teens deeper into the practice of yoga during this year's Omega Yoga Teen Camp.

Laura Scher draws from the Kripalu and Anusara traditions in her yoga classes and also incorporates various meditation techniques, including Tibetan and vipassana. A health educator, musician, and world traveler, she helps teens find balance and strength in their daily lives through leadership, travel, and educational programs across the globe. Laura holds a bachelor's degree in the sociology of medicine and is currently pursuing a nursing degree in Portland, Oregon.

Patrick Good completed his yoga teacher training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico with a focus on Iyengar-based alignment and satya, the practice of truthful communication. He weaves love, light, inspiration, and gratitude into his practice, teaching, and life, and spends his spare time opening to mystery and having the best day ever. Patrick is excited to be spending a second year teaching at Omega Teen Camp, and guiding teens during Omega Yoga Teen Camp.
