Roots, Rhythm & Soul II

A Yoga Gathering for Black People

This workshop has been cancelled.

Many of you heard and responded to our call last year to gather for healing, renewal, and celebration, and to-gether we created a sacred space to share our gifts, release stress, and create community.

We invite you once again to become part of this new global community of Black people seeking ways to live our best lives, share our feelings, and explore the positive impact yoga can have on the politics of race in this culture and on our health.

Whether you are new to yoga or a longtime practitioner-and whether you attended this extraordinary event last year or are coming for the first time-this weekend takes you into a deeper understanding of this ancient practice and teaches you how to make it part of your everyday life.
