Circle of Purification & Renewal

Registration for this workshop has ended. Go to the Search Workshops page to look for upcoming workshops.

In Circle of Purification and Renewal, we join together in mutual support, welcoming greater clarity to our life’s purpose. Our focus is on cleansing and dissolving obstacles that restrict the flow of awareness emanating from the inner flame of our being.

We concentrate on personal visioning and finding stillness within ourselves. We gather in talking and teaching circles, take personal and collective time in nature to connect with the healing wisdom of the Earth Mother, and join in ceremony around the sacred fire and in the purification lodge with the earth, the air, the fire, and the water.

Our unified prayer is for our lives to become increasingly empowered by the potency of the presence of creation dwelling within each of us and to bring this renewal into our world, thereby contributing to its transformation.

For an intensive 7-day retreat, register for this 5-day workshop and Carl Big Heart’s weekend workshop, Experiencing Life as Living Ceremony, July 25-27.

Carl Big Heart’s work and visions have been blessed and approved by elders from the Abenaki, Muskogee Creek, and Iroquois Nations, as well as by leaders in the Sufi, Buddhist, and Hindu traditions. He is a spiritual teacher and medicine keeper in the Turtle Clan. Big Heart focuses on building bridges between the world’s wisdom traditions and healing the relationship between humankind and all living beings. His primary work is building solid communities of love and mutual support around the world. bigheart.nl/carl_english.htm
