All women need time to heal, grow, reflect, reassess, and re-affirm themselves and their life. Too often we move from age to age and decade to decade without support, ceremony, or celebration.

This sacred week of learning, growing, healing, reflection, and ceremony may not make up for the times we missed, but it will prepare us for the next steps. Healing work and sharing is done in your “age clan” of 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and sages (60+), where we learn sacred women’s medicine that prepares our mind, body, and spirit for the next most appropriate steps in our life.

Required reading: Vanzant, Working Through the Meantime. Bring a journal and a new outfit of white clothing, including undergarments. Please do not wear black clothing during the workshop and limit caffeine and sugar intake for seven days before the workshop.

Iyanla Vanzant is a lawyer, spiritual teacher, and author of five New York Times best-sellers, including Acts of Faith, One Day My Soul Just Opened Up, and In the Meantime. Her stories of personal struggle and victory as a battered wife and teenage welfare mother have touched millions. She has become a standard bearer for the power of forgiveness and love to heal. innervisionsworldwide.com
