Boot Camp for Goddesses® is a women’s workshop of laughter, tears, and sweat that helps us break through to new levels of fitness and health—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—for women at all levels of physical fitness.
It features yoga, fitness workouts, hiking, detoxification, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, energetic healing, a sweatlodge ceremony, live African drumming and dancing, and discussions on women’s health, nutrition, and healing with Jeff Migdow, MD.
During the week, we:
Discover the four levels of total fitness and assess our strengths and challenges
Take command of our mind, body, spirit, and emotions
Explore our traits of mystery, magic, balance, wisdom, and inner beauty
Trust, listen to, and follow our body’s intelligence
Honor the balance that exists between effort and nurturing
Explore what it means to meet our needs and strive for our own goals
Learn a new discipline of strength—the strength to let go
This workshop empowers women to reclaim, restore, and rejoice in the Goddess and warrior energies within each of us.
Workshop begins at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. Bring hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes; 3 and 5 lb. handweights; a blanket and pillow for yoga outside; and a sarong or long cotton shirt for the sweatlodge. $75 materials fee; include when you register.
