Dance Your Bliss

Connect Motion With Emotion
for Profound Healing & Joy

Registration for this workshop has ended. Go to the Search Workshops page to look for upcoming workshops.

Untreated emotional pain is carried in our bodies and can manifest as problems at work and in relationships, or even as life-threatening disease. Using experiential techniques to unlock the link between emotions and disease, psychotherapist and expressive movement trainer Rachel Fleischman teaches you how to bring emotions into the physical body so they can be seen, felt, and healed.

Through a combination of expressive movement, vocalization, guided imagery, energy balancing, journaling, expressive arts, intuition, mindfulness, and play, you begin a healing process that guides you to release childhood and relationship pain, and unlock your power and passion. As you learn to dance your bliss to a sublime range of music, you join others in laughter and accelerate the possibility for positive change in your life.

Beginning and experienced dancers alike are welcome.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes. This workshop is also being offered as a week-long workshop August 8-13, 2010
