Immerse yourself in the study of Thai yoga massage with one of Kam Thye Chow and the Lotus Palm School’s most respected teachers. Combining meditation, yoga, and compassion, Thai yoga massage leads to greater physical health, grace, and spiritual energy for both therapist and client.

This Level 1 certification course teaches us a complete 90-minute massage, focusing on:
  • Four foundations of Thai yoga massage (awareness, body mechanics, and movement and massage techniques using hands, knees, feet, and elbows)
  • Main energy (sen) lines in the body
  • Effortless transitions between postures
  • Introduction to contraindications and safety
  • Care of the client and therapist before, during, and after a massage
  • Massage for shoulders, head, back, arms, hands, legs, abdomen, and feet
Open to yoga practitioners and teachers, massage therapists, and laypeople at any level of experience in yoga and massage, this workshop offers us the confidence and ability to complete an exceptional massage. It is also perfect for couples.
