Omega Transportation Services
All Omega Transportation Services must be reserved in advance. Please call 800.944.1001 to make a reservation. Full payment is due when reservations are made. To receive a refund, you must cancel transportation services 72 hours in advance.
Shuttle Services
Rhinebeck/Rhinecliff Shuttle
Our Shuttle Service makes pick-ups in Rhinebeck (on the side of the Beekman Arms Inn on West Market Street) or Rhinecliff (at the Amtrak station). The fee is $10 per person. See schedule below.
Stewart Airport (Newburgh) Shuttle
Pick-up is Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the curbside outside the baggage claim area. Return trips to Stewart Airport depart Omega Thursday and Friday at 1:15 p.m. Travel time is approximately 1-1/4 hours. The fee is $40 each way. Shuttles may depart earlier if all passengers are accounted for. Please call to check schedule and availability before making flight reservations.
Hotel Shuttle
Omega will offer shuttle service from Courtyard by Marriott and Holiday Inn Express in Poughkeepsie. Shuttles will depart the hotels Monday through Friday at 6:45 a.m. (Marriott) and 7:05 a.m. (Holiday Inn). Return trips to the hotels will depart Omega Sunday through Thursday at 7:00 p.m. The fee is $7.50 each way.
