Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is the science and art of the therapeutic application of essential oils-pure extractions from the roots, stems, leaves, and flowers of plants. The aromatherapist selects and blends essential oils to address specific conditions and complement the massage treatment, creating an uplifting mind-body experience.

Heart of the Lotus—Omega Signature Treatment

Nourish yourself with this exquisite conditioning treatment. Heart of the Lotus begins with a full-body dry exfoliation, followed by a full-body massage using lymph drainage techniques and a hydrating blend of shea butter and essential oils. After the massage, we comfortably cocoon you and allow your body to absorb the hydrating richness of the shea butter. The bliss continues with a specialized head, face, and scalp massage and a short foot reflexology treatment. This Omega Signature Treatment finishes with a cool compress on your eyes and your own set of exfoliating gloves to take home.

A gently pampering massage honoring new mothers and mothers-to-be. Designed to alleviate muscle tension and aches as well as relieve swelling and stress on weight-bearing joints. This service is not available during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy uses delicate, noninvasive touch to assist the body's natural healing ability. Following the rhythmical flow of the cerebral spinal fluid, the practitioner detects and assists the release of restrictions. Gentle manipulations of the head, sacrum, and other areas of the body can induce deep relaxation, improve chronic conditions, and release emotional holding as the body's inherent vitality is restored. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. No oils are used.

In a world where our feet are often in shoes that restrict circulation, and much of what we do includes standing, running, and walking, it's time to honor our feet and thank them for all the support they give us. Footloose focuses on the sore muscles of the feet and calves, bringing blood and circulation back into these areas using kneading massage techniques and gentle stretching. This service is certain to leave you feeling footloose and fancy free!

Reflexology

The underlying principle of the science of reflexology is that reflex areas in the feet and hands correspond to glands, organs and other parts of your body. In this treatment, moderate to firm pressure is applied to these areas, releasing stagnant energies, inducing deep relaxation, and improving the overall performance of your body's systems.

Happy Feet

This spectacular foot treatment includes an exfoliating foot scrub and a deeply hydrating and thoroughly relaxing foot reflexology treatment using a hydrating blend of shea butter and essential oils. Your feet are then wrapped in warming mitts, creating a cocoon of comfort. As you relax deeper into the experience, you receive a heavenly scalp and hand massage.

Asian Bodywork

Asian Bodywork sessions, with the exception of AMMA Therapy, take place on a futon mattress on the floor. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

AMMA Therapy, a classic form of Oriental massage that originated 5,000 years ago, is based on the principles of qi as a life force energy that flows through the body.
