Enhance your stay at our Rhinebeck campus with a visit to the Omega Wellness Center. Our flexible appointment times make it easy to schedule a treatment around your workshop or R&R schedule.

Pamper yourself, relax and renew, or dive deeper into your healing journey. From acupuncture to life coaching, and shamanic healing to massage, we have more than 45 services to choose from. You're sure to find the perfect treatment for you.

Appointments at the Omega Wellness Center are available 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. daily. We encourage you to reserve in advance; appointments fill quickly. Please call 845.266.4444, ext. 580, or email FeelGood@eOmega.org. Our reservations staff will be glad to assist you.

Once on campus, you can schedule your appointment at the Omega Wellness Center Reservations Desk in our Main Office.

Monday-Thursday & Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Friday & Sunday: 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
