Daily Open Classes—Rhinebeck Campus

Omega's daily open classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation, and movement are all designed to help you unwind. Stretch your mind and body through the practice of yoga. Relax your body through gentle and mindful tai chi. Calm and rejuvenate your mind through quiet self observation or guided imagery in meditation. Dance to relieve tension and remember what it's like to have fun!

Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, Omega's daily open classes have something for everyone and offer a variety of practice styles. Come join a class. You'll be glad you did.

If you are joining us on Sunday evening, don’t forget to check out our special Sunday evening open classes, including Celebrating Community or Centering Into the Omega Experience.

7:00–8:00 a.m.Tai Chi, Meditation, or Intermediate Yoga
12:15–1:00 p.m.Movement*
5:30–6:15 p.m.Movement*
5:30–6:30 p.m.Beginner Yoga or Meditation (except Friday)*
 
Wednesday Afternoon Open Class
3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.Building Community Through Creativity and Play
 
Sunday Evening Open Classes
8:30–9:30 p.m.Celebrating Community or Centering Into the Omega Experience
8:30–9:30 p.m.Daily Open Class in yoga

* There are no open classes Friday afternoons and evenings and Sunday afternoons.
