R & R Retreats
Season runs from January 31 to April 14
With an Omega R&R Retreat, you can just relax or choose from a wide range of daily activities to to build a perfect getaway. Use Sueño Azul's services at your own pace. Meet other guests. Go on an eco-tour or adventure. Take some time for yourself.
Each week Saturday through Saturday is $1650 per person, and includes the following activities and use of facilities:
- 7 nights' double-occupancy accommodations
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Eco-tours and adventures
- Daily experiential class with R&R director or resident instructor
- Yoga or movement classes
- 1 bodywork session (massage or body wrap)
- Take a tour of & shop in the local town
- Spanish lessons
- Practice your swing at the driving range (clubs available or bring your own)
- Play a game of tennis (rackets available or bring your own)
- Tubing and swimming in the refreshing spring-fed Puerto Viejo River
- Laze in the luxurious swimming pool
- Learn local dances
Excursions available for an extra fee:
All-day trip to Arenal volcanic park and a hot spring
$50 special rate for R&R guests. Other optional excursions are available.
