Omega Staff—Application For New Seasonal Staff

Before submitting your application, be sure to read our Seasonal Staff, Frequently Asked Questions, and Department Descriptions pages so that you have a good understanding of life at Omega. If you have any doubts that you will be able to do the work assigned to you or that you may not be able to honor our boundaries, please reconsider applying.

Work Periods
Choose the work option(s) you prefer and indicate your availability:

FULL-TIME (Full-time staff work 40 hours a week, receive a $50/week stipend, and are housed in a dorm room. They fill the key positions and therefore we need people who can stay for the full season. Full time staff positions start in March, April or May, depending on the position and continue through October.)

PART-TIME (Part-time staff work 30 hours a week, do not receive a stipend, and bring a tent to camp. They fill the support roles without which the campus could not function. You may sign up for one, two, or all three part-time options, but preference is given to those who can stay for more than one work period.)

If neither of these options are possible for you, we do have a limited number of short term (two week minimum), part-time only positions available. If you are interested in being considered for a float position, please check off your availability below.
