Annette Knopp is a spiritual counselor and certified Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher. Originally from Germany, she studied and worked as an interpreter in Spain before answering the call to explore the deeper essence of life. While living in India, Japan, Australia, and the Netherlands, she studied contemplative Eastern traditions and modern Western approaches to healing. Her background includes nondual meditation and self-inquiry, as well as modern Western psycho-spiritual approaches. Knopp counsels clients and facilitates ‘The Free Heart’ workshops internationally. She is also one of the 12 women spiritual teachers featured in the book, Ordinary Women, Extraordinary Wisdom: The Feminine Face of Awakening.
