Dina Scalone-Romero, LMHC, MBA
Dina Scalone-Romero is a licensed mental health counselor and executive director of the Lineage Project, a New York City-based organization that brings awareness-based practices, such as yoga and meditation, to at-risk and incarcerated youth.
Previously, Dina served as the director of Brooklyn Community Programs for the nation's largest victim assistance organization, Safe Horizon, where she led programs serving: victims of domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault; families impacted by homicide; and the victims and families of the September 11th attacks.
Dina is currently an adjunct faculty member at Metropolitan College’s Audrey Cohen School of Human Services and holds masters’ degrees in rehabilitation counseling and business administration.
