Tevis Gale Trower, E-RYT, is a yoga teacher and a 13-year corporate veteran. In 2001, she founded Balance Integration, which offers corporations solutions to bring more balance into their employees' lives. Serving a variety of clients, including Google, Chanel, and MTV, she also teaches business creativity and mastery at New York University.
