Tevis Trower, E-RYT, MBA, is a yoga teacher and a 13-year corporate veteran. In 2001, she founded Balance Integration, which offers corporations solutions to bring more balance into their employees' lives. Serving a variety of clients, including Yahoo!, Disney, and MTV, she also teaches business creativity and mastery at New York University.
