Jamine Ackert
Jamine Ackert has been the in-house yoga instructor at Omega Family Week for the past several years. She has been a yoga teacher since 1992, when she completed her teacher training at Kripalu. She has taught thousands of people since, and also leads yoga teacher training programs. Ackert’s corporate clients include the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, where she leads yoga classes for inpatients and outpatients of the Eating Disorders program, many of whom are teenage girls.
