Deirdre Good, S.T.M., Th.D., is a professor in the Department of New Testament, General Theological Seminary, New York City. A widely published author and prominent lecturer, she is also a program consultant to television on religious history. She is compiling the forthcoming Mariam, the Magdalen, and the Mother: Revelatory Essays on the Mary Figures of the Bible and is author of Reconstructing the Tradition of Sophia in Gnostic Literature and Jesus the Meek King. |
