Rev. Jaganath Carrera
Rev. Jaganath Carrera, LAc, CMT, is the founder-director of the Yoga Life Society and author of Inside the Yoga Sutras: A Comprehensive Source Book for the Study and Practice of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. He established the Integral Yoga Ministry and was a principle instructor of Hatha and Raja Yoga for the Integral Yoga Teacher Training program for more than 20 years. As one of the most senior disciples of Sri Swami Satchidananda Maharaj, Rev. Carrera has been teaching yoga since 1973. |
