Begin your day with a yoga or movement class. Stretch your mind and body through the practice of yoga or dance to relieve tension, and remember what it's like to have fun!

Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, daily open classes at Omega Costa Rica are for all levels and offer a variety of practice styles. Come join a class before a day of workshops, surfing, or lounging on the beach.
