| Pranayama as a Doorway to Meditation Rodney Yee In this class we explore a basic pranayama practice through lecture, discussion, and practice. Through a daily simple practice of pranayama, we find ourselves at the threshold of meditation. Concentration on the receptivity and absorption of the vital life force is the main ingredient of both a pranayama and meditation practice. We learn to channel this vital force in pranayama and then we ride inside the river during our meditation. All levels. CE credit available. |
