Breathe to Beat the Blues

This class leads us through pranayama and kriya breathing exercises. These practices are a way to clear the obstructions that keep us from feeling the free flow of our healing and creative energy. We learn breathing techniques from both classical yoga and tantric yoga to work with our moods, and a method of self-inquiry from which our own positive affirmations arise. Beginners. CE credit available.
